What To Expect

This course is designed to be consumed in small, easy to digest pieces, so you don’t feel overwhelmed by too much information. You are here because you want to learn—and I want you to succeed!

You will receive a new module each week with a short lecture and a guided meditation. The modules also contain downloadable worksheets and action plans to guide you through the topic. At the end of each module you will find a section with additional resources—links to books, articles, videos and reports for further reading and study.

The meditation videos may be downloaded to your phone or computer for easy access, and I encourage you to use them daily. A regular routine helps establish your new habit.

The last section of each module is for posting questions or comments. Post your questions for a module in its designated comment section. This keeps the posts organized and easily accessible to everyone. Don’t be shy! I’m here to help you succeed.
